| It is a city where a serial killer is terrorizing young women. While the police are in a hopeless tangle, the killer is actually one of them: David, who frequents bars; his ex girlfriend, Candy, who is romantically torn between romantically torn between Richard, a bartender and Jerri, a lesbian; Bernie, who buries himself in his work after the death of his ex girlfriend; Benita, a prostitute with psychic abilities and Kane, who idolizes David.
